"A mediocre pub, perhaps good for locals to drink in if you like the view of the car scrap yard, but not really recommendable. Arrived on a Thursday night and was empty, yes they do food at reasonable cheap prices but they close the pub at 9:30pm There were 8 of us and some had good meals, some had terrible undercooked meals. It seemed to be a hit and miss and perhaps some of the reviews were real for years ago, but I would personally go else where. Only bonus was teh young blonde barman was cute"

Me and my family often visit the Colliers which is an amazing restaurant/Pub. The Colliers do tasty dishes that are never over priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly!

Had a lovely birthday meal tonight , seven people eating and drinks , eighty pound , so pretty reasonable and food was spot on and nice size portions to , will be back in the future

The worst Sunday dinner we ve ever had here ..the one before was lovely I don’t know what’s happened but the food was all microwave food we ate it well some but we will not be back …I ve never had cabbage with burnt black bits in.we had food when we got home as we were all hungry coming away …sack the chef

Called in for lunch after being told how good it was. Our order was curry and gammon. Food arrived fairly swiftly. First impression was good. Curry, rice and chips was good, except for the chips- a bit sad looking. Gammmon was delicious, not salty, again chips a bit meh. The sides with the gammon seemed odd. The usual egg, pineapple and peas, but then mushrooms cold), side salad and onion rings. All a bit much.
