Nonostante la scelta dei piatti senza glutine sia molto ridotta, il piatto tipico di Carcassone (cassoulet) che ci viene portato è molto buono. Personale molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

One of the best restaurants I had the chance to eat. The dishes are extraordinary and prices are more than affordable. The owners are hot, the frame is beautiful. Count Roger is a must-see for the city of Carcassonne at its fair value!

...no tables left... "everything booked". Went outside and was able to book a table on the website for half-an-hour later!? Suspect chef hadn't taken the cassoulet out the freezer!? Nice, more polite staff elsewhere. Can't comment on the food.

Excellent restaurant. Careful kitchen. Nice and very pro staff. The cassoulet seems to be a specialty of the establishment but we chose this restaurant to taste the Saint Jacques and we did not disappointed. Everything is perfect from the entrance to the dessert. Bravo.

A delicious experience. First baby I was eating and not disappointed. Restaurant friendly, quick and delicious. The staff is always available even for smaller details. Owners who participate in the service and join clients. I did 800km for a cassoulet and I am delighted!!!!

Excellente Maison, propre, déco chic, accueil parfait et chaleureux, nourriture délicieuse et gourmande, carte des vins très fournie.Le chef est venu en personne me conseiller des domaines viticoles du pays où nous avons pu acheter du vin en venant de sa part.Un Monsieur très gentil et passionné.Le personnel est très avenant et fait tout pour que l'on se sente le mieux possible.Super dîner;)
