"We have been visiting Bagnoles de L'Orne for many years but as I do not like seafood I have not until this year found a menu I would enjoy. We chose Le Inclusive which is a three course meal with wine, bottled water and coffee all for 57 euros. It was a very quiet lunch time. The staff were very welcoming. We had an aperitif in the bar before going through to the restaurant. We were served quickly and politely. The very personable young man who took our order asked if we wished to order in English or French. When we chose French he respectfully honoured our choice throughout service. As is usual with such a restaurant each dish was described as it was delivered. Each wine we were offered was also named and we were told why the particular wine had been chosen. As my husband and I had chosen different food for each course our wine reflected this. All the food had intense flavours from the little offerings with the aperitif to the enjoyable Esquimeaux dessert. This was a great joke as many years ago when traveling around France on holiday many of the routier cafes offered the proprietary ice lolly as a desert. Although people have noted a coolness and inattention in the service we did not find this the case. Every staff member was welcoming."

"Very quiet location Small room has my taste price... Broken toilet bezel and tiny bathroom.. against very comfortable and clean bedding, quiet hotel! Spa area at the top, 1h30 pure relaxation, new space and made with taste!! It's all there. Breakfast a little disappointing to my taste in terms of choice, quantity, and small space you walk on to go to use:. Good experience tt"

"We came by the mouth in the ear... It was a great discovery. Traditional cuisine is perfectly prepared. The plates are copier without being in the overload. The service is very pleasant and we feel perfectly welcomed immediately. This is an indispensable address if you pass through the Orne."

"We went there for lunch. The reception was cold to see unpleasant. We are not asked to cook burgers. We're selling a camembert burger at 10.50€ to get a camembert lamelle. The bread is not garnished with sauce. So a dry burger from the lack of sauce and cheese. We're given the covers badly. The waitress who also made the favorite cuisine chat with her girlfriend who was inside the snack while eating at the expense of a welcome, a kitchen and a proper and polite service. We are not difficult and we do not ask for 5 stars but a minimum for customers. Very disappointed."

"Habituée à séjourner depuis de nombreuses années soit en WE soit en vacances je ne peux que conseiller cet établissement: un accueil sympathique,un personnel charmant ,une propreté parfaite .Une chambre spacieuse,claire et calme .Repas délicieux et variés. La patronne toujours disponible pour proposer un changement au menu si par hasard un met ne convient pas. Les produits sont frais et toujours bien préparés.Petit déjeuner copieux au buffet très diversifié. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu que j'aurai d'ailleurs plaisir à retrouver pour un WE cet automne .Merci à toute l'équipe ."
