Awesome spot, great walk from Cleeve Hill, great food in the garden, nice spot by the fire after, very friendly service

nice warm welcome cozy pub atmosphere great eating. we like the good choice of beer apple wine and wine and the sweetest pub dog. Pub gardens is a good size and one of our favorite cotswold goes before the door.

I went to this restaurant with my family, including my vegan in-laws, and we all found plenty of delicious options to choose from. The food was really tasty. I was also pleased to see that they offer three different options for doggy dinners if you bring your furry friend along!

Lovely little place. The food was better than expected. TBH, if the ambiance was adjusted (slightly different place settings, a little bit less casual maybe, and improved presentation) then the food would be good enough to get the place a decent reputation as a higher end restaurant.
