Un élégant restaurant à l'abri du vacarme touristique du Kurfurstendamm.Belle terrasse sur le square et salle très confortable.Cuisine italienne de bon niveau, aimablement facturée, sauf quelques plats principaux.Bons vins et service très courtois.

The food was absolutely excellent, but it took far too long. The music was far too loud which even after multiple requests to lower it, did not change, just got louder. Our Main course, after 2 hours of waiting and asking, was forgotten, which was their explanation. They were kind about it and sent a free dessert, however a little too late. It is a great restaurant, but the service is in great need of improvement!!!!

Parmigiana overcooked and much too salty,Pasta(not fresh,you would expect for 28 Euro)very salty too. Ordered a bottle of wine,a magnum was served with the comment,don’t worry we only charge what you drink.Glasses were constantly refilled without being asked. We were charged for the magnum and the salty Pasta. Complaints were ignored from waiter or answered unfriendly. There are so many nice Italian restaurants in Berlin,better look for somewhere else. Vorweg: Wir waren zum ersten Mal, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal im Culaccino. Gehobene, ruhige Lage am Fasanenplatz, angenehmes Publikum, gut besucht, deshalb Reservierung ratsam. Wir bekamen (mit Hund) vom aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service einen guten Platz zugewiesen. Nach langer Zeit haben wir mal wieder Chateaubriand (für 2) gewählt. Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl: Filet auf den Punkt, innen rosa - so muss es sein. Sehr zu empfehlen die köstlichen Desserts. Gehobenes Preisniveau - jeden Euro wert

I went here for lunch. After having waited for ever, I ordered the menu of the day. I also asked for a glass of house white to go with it ... The waiter brought me a glass of red. I told him this was not what I had ordered but accepted it .... The main course was also wrong and I returned it. 5 times did the waiter bump into my chair !! Once the bill came it turned out that he had given me a wine, more expensive than the whole menu! Not impressed at all and can't be recommended even if the food was excellent.

We visited this restaurant for a short notice business dinner and managed to get outdoor seating as we arrived early around 6.15pm. Restaurant began filling up quickly approaching 7pm, so would suggest reserving a table. Excellent food and wine menu with friendly and efficient staff. Some complaints regarding slow service, but we were very happy with the pace of the evening. Minestrone soup was fabulous and the Chateau Briand was excellent, served with fresh grilled vegetables. Durch Zufall entdeckten wir diesen Italiener am Vormittag beim Fußmarsch von unserem Parkplatz zum Ku'damm und wollten dann abends beim Rückweg dort einkehren. Empfehlung.....man sollte vorher reservieren, bekamen aber trotzdem so gegen 19 Uhr noch einen schönen Tisch (Samstagabend......gegen 20 Uhr war das Restaurant komplett belegt)Kaum saßen wir an unserem Tisch, standen schon verschiedene Oliven und frisches Brot vor uns.......So ging es mit dem Service den ganzen Abend weiter.....freundlich, zuvorkommend usw. was sich auch in der Qualtät und Geschmack unserer bestellten Gerichte fortsetzte!Waren total begeistert und beim nächsten Besuch in Berlin geht's wieder in's CULACCINO!

Was war das eine Freude, als ich gestern zufällig das neue Restaurant von Mario aus dem Südwestkorso fand. Als langjähriger Gast zu allen Anlässen, war ich sehr gespannt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind moderner , eleganter und nicht mehr so gemütlich, aber man kann wieder bei schönem Wetter romantisch unter Bäumen sitzen am schönen Fasanenplatz, wie ich es von früher gewohnt war. Auch das Servicepersonal ist weitgehend das alt bekannte. Der Service war wie früher aufmerksam und gut. Auf der Karte finden sich einige alte Bekannte wieder. Die Zubereitung ist aber etwas anders als früher, was auf einen neuen Koch schließen läßt.Alles, was wir aßen, war in sehr guter Qualität. Ob das für die Küche gene...

I used to love this restaurant, not for the food or the wine list, but for the atmosphere, but yesterday that was ruined. When I went by there, I've decided to make a reservation for Friday evening. I wanted a specific table, which I told the waiter, to which I received an interesting reply: Good evening, I would like to reserve this table for tomorrow evening. I don't know if the table is available tomorrow evening. But I can ask, but I have to go to the reception. If you would be so kind. Will you wait? Yes, I can wait for you.
