"My opinion is the best restaurant in Holzminden. Here is valued on the origins of the products and their quality, and all this is combined with ajet and modern kitchen. It is made as well as everything in handwork, which is no longer quite as usual nowadays, and that is also tasted! I was very surprised to find a restaurant in Holzminden where comparable I know only from big cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Berlin."

... but not overwhelming. After a day we wanted to go cycling in the evening only quickly in the vicinity of the river. It was okay for that.

Here you can sit very nicely on the woodminder marketplace and enjoy a glass of wine. the pizza was super tasty, the wine nice cool and the service very friendly. some sprouts might be a little too casual, but that's definitely a taste.

Super staff and super drinks and food. Any request will be taken into account immediately. Despite bad weather and reserved tables outside, a super solution was found and a barn was empty for us. We look forward to next year. Restaurant is simply recommended. Super team. DANKE

We went to Christmas, family with an older lady and what a disaster! 90 minutes to get the food, no explanation, constant memory of the waiter in responsibility ... for 5 pasta rich for normal spaguetti to lasagna al forno . At the Ristorante da Franco we returned hungry after 100 km of bike tour after we purchased quarters. Whether pizza or pasta, it has tasted very well here. The pizza was well served with fresh ingredients. The staff was very attentive and nice. It was the first cooler summer evening. That's why we got blankets for the place outside the Ristorante. Decoration at the table was also good. Five out of five stars.

we were there during a motorcycle tour to lunch. the restaurant offers enough places inside in the very angled house and outside on the marketplace. We have been kindly received and could choose the table itself. the friendly staff had quickly brought the drinks and received food orders. we decided against pizza and rather spaghetti, fish and a dalat.Why all very tasty and for a break we would visit the restaurant at any time.
