"A must-see address in Vannes for this gourmet restaurant in Michelin. We had the chance to be received in a new, modern and refined room overlooking a garden. The kitchen is quality and delicious to delight our taste buds. Our choice was on the tasting menu with the ormeaux in the plancha and the frog thighs in tempura it was a real pleasure. Everything in the menu is very good from beginning to end. Thierry Seychelles invites us to travel to Seychelles. The chef has talent and his kitchen is well mastered. A selection of well chosen cheeses for amateurs. The bread with a buckwheat note is very subtle and the salted butter with a delicate flavor. A nice choice of structured desserts to finish. A good wine advice to accompany our meal. The staff is very friendly. Looks like he's here to make us spend a good time and make us comfortable. It's a nice place to be happy. A very good address in the city center. To tell you everything we did well our evening."

"I came several for brunch and I was always happy! vegan options are numerous because all dishes are editable with real proposals (and not just salad). brunch is a menu composed of a hot drink, a cold, a basket of bread with margarine and jam, a salted plate and a dessert. I've already tasted several dishes and desserts and it's always delicious! only flat for the service, more or less sympathetic according to whom you fall and sometimes a little long to chance."

"I often enjoyed Indian foods in my home town in Japan, where there was a large choice of good Indian restaurants, thankful to Indian communities there. Now I’ve been living in Paris since long years and here lacks for ... spices. I tried Indian restaurants every time I went to London, but this time, I realize that it’s not necessary to cross the channel go to Vannes ! We took a mixed Tandoori dish which was really delicious, the meat was tender and well seasoned. I loved Vindaloo, (the amount of condiments can be adjusted to your liking), the pieces of chicken were bigger and tender, the potato was simmered just right. We went back two days later but the list on the menu looked good, difficult to pick ones. Friendly service, we hope we can come back sooner."

Very good advice on wines, finally we will make glass and as much as possible in agreement with dishes and desserts, especially because at this price it allows discoveries. To say that we are delighted is below reality. Very nice surprises... oysters gratified just what it takes with these crunchy green asparagus accompanied by this little ham, something greedy!! The cooking of the fair-grained chicken, crunchy vegetables and this ïoli has spirulina, a piece of pork with a true taste, a strawberry above the classic sanitized... a vanilla cream with a small point of salt that reminds the salty butter. The almondine pie with its melted paste... I forgot to do the photo of cod and the love of pork, we were too eager to taste (undoubtedly) this address is exceptional, really and it’s fun..."
