"Recently ordered from here, gentlemen that answered the phone was really polite and professional. He made sure to get our order 100% right. Pickup was quick and it came in a box which helped keep it all together. That’s where it ends, the food was absolutely horrendous, no seasoning, chicken was raw in parts and swimming in water, wasn’t mixed and tasted horrible. We took one bite and had to throw it away was a massive shame as the reviews and service were great. It was also my partners birthday which meant we had to cook late which completely ruined our evening."

My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at Fortune Palace. The food was perfectly cooked and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Chinese cuisine. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a top rating of 5. The price per person for dinner was between £20-£30.

This place used to be a top place to dine yet after our visit today we won’t be returning, the drinks are far overpriced which made the visit disappointing. Great food poor service waited one hour 15 minutes between courses because there was more interested in their takeaway service. Spoke to the manager/owner Didn’t seem bothered as long as he got his money When we got the bill, it was not itemise . if you want to eat that I would recommend you order a takeaway and eat it in the car park it be much faster than sitting at the table Food: 5
