Lovely pub with great food. Nice enough for a good date night and would deffo return.

Definitely worth a visit. Tadt roast dinners and a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Felt covid safe too.

Great food, fantastic wine. Great to see a venue doing everything they can to provide a good experience even with all the Covid 19 restrictions in place.

I tried the vegan burger and it was fantastic. My companion had the steak and Guinness pie, which he also seemed to really enjoy. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place. Visualizza piatti

I love the Dorset and even during these tough times it doesn’t disappoint. The quality of the food and the standard of service are still excellent. There was even a nice buzzy atmosphere! (although everyone was very mindful of the rules). Really nice evening.

Looked welcoming with lovely fire and friendly barman, initially went in for drink then decided to stay for lunch Big Mistake! Ordered and paid for meals upfront, was then told the Camembert cheese dish we’d ordered was unavailable, barman recommended oven baked cauliflower wings...

I am sorry to say that the burger my husband was excited for turned out to be a disappointment. The beef patty was charred on the outside but pink in the middle, and the tangy sauce overpowered the simplicity of what was supposed to be a cheeseburger. Additionally, his fries were undercooked. My broccoli satay was drowned in a thick satay sauce, and the charred cabbage was more like boiled cabbage. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal. Visualizza piatti
