"Very, very good restaurant located near downtown. It is better to book in advance because the places are limited. The interior is warm and tastefully decorated. We tested the blue cord and the Iberian Pluma (Spanish black corkscrew) grilled in the plancha with a mixture of mushrooms, garnished with vegetables and potatoes like D'stall. Only the gustative pleasure, a little more for the Pluma that sublimated our taste buds. The desserts are also at the height of this restaurant. It is true that the card is not very provided, I would say so much better because there are only quality products. With regard to wine (a little expensive) but of quality. If you don't take a bottle, you can have a drink or a bite. The more is that the bottle is presented at the table and the wine is poured into the container. So no surprise about quality. The service is upstairs and with a lot of humor."

An exceptional taste experience. Warehouse or beef fillet: perfection. A mastered cooking, a good seasoning and a succulent sauce, rich and varied accompaniments... A real happiness! Quick and efficient service. The plates come hot, which allows to enjoy dinner at its own pace, it is a very important point. Dessert: gourmet coffee and its 5 verrines (size: shot glass Espresso) that gives a qualitative insight into how to make this place.To the height of its reputation, thank you!

A comfortable setting and especially a great kitchen. The pork plum was perfect, tender and juicy, the delicious mushroom sauce and varied and worked accompaniments (4-5 different vegetables, 2-3 purées the scallops.) A very nice generous and delicious plate, nothing to say. I take off two stars because the service was overflowed on Sunday noon, the restaurant was full and we were waiting 1h30 between the aperitif that was served quickly and the dish. A little time! The chief was alone in the kitchen, it's the house ransom. We ate well, but part of the tab was impatient and we had to do a cross on dessert. Maybe next time.

"Quand vous arrivez à Dachstein en venant de Molsheim- Strasbourg ne prenez pas comme le GPS l’indique la 1er route à droite mais continuez et prenez la suivante, vous ne pouvez pas la louper c’est l’entrée de Dachstein en traversant le pont de la bruche et vous passez sous un porche et le restaurant est sur votre gauche avant de passer ce porcheMais il faudra passer ce porche pour trouver une place (pas de parking) mais facile à trouver quitte à faire un peu de marche ça fera du bien après le repasTrès bon accueil de la Patronne qui nous a fait choisir notre table, et a côté de chaque table un petit dressing.Le restaurant est très propre, très bien agencé et la couleur gris foncé et gris claire assortie est vraiment très réussie comparé à des critiques dans d’autres avis, après ça reste une affaire de goutApéritif accompagné d’amuse-bouche (photos de tous les plats)Une trilogie de Foie gras « excellente avec 3 foies gras », 1 au vendange tardive 1 au magret de canard et 1 au chorizo il faut les manger dans cette ordre.La lotte dans sa croute était un délice pour mon épouse et moi le taureau cuit à la perfection (saignant) avec une petite sauce délicieuseCafé gourmand (hors passeport gourmand mais on à pris quand même et un très bon irish (beaucoup de desserts aux fruits dont je ne suis pas amateur)Et cerise sur le gâteau un très bon conseil en vin vous y attends, j’ai bu au verre et le vin blanc Pinot gris cave du roi Dagobert très bon ainsi que le vin rouge qui accompagnait délicieusement mon taureau qui est un Sarus (syrah) famille CarcelleJe ne peux que conseiller ce restaurant, un vrai réveil des papilles et un sourire toujours présents du personnelJe ne comprends pas les critiques qui disent qu’il n’y a pas assez dans l’assiette, à ces gens je dis apprenez à manger gastro, ne confondez pas le gastro avec la brasserie ou pizzéria du coin qui vous ramène des assiettes bombés avec une qualité maison « chez soi » on va dire, dans ce genre de restaurant il faut toujours prendre entrée plat dessert, si vous prenez que le plat principal et un café c’est sûr que vous avez encore faim aprèsIci vous ne mangez pas avec votre ventre mais avec vos papilles et un de nos sens qui est l’odoratJe donne 5 étoiles à ce restaurant vu qu’il y avait rien à redire et surtout avec un passeport gourmand et je peux vous dire qu’il y en avait des passeports gourmands ce jour-là.Faite comme moi et ne vous laissez pas induire en erreur avec les mauvaises critiques qui parfois je le rappelle sont même des concurrents et allez-y et tester de vous-même.Bonne continuation et à bientôt"
