"Retour au restaurant du Tribunal en mode « hiver ». Rien à redire, nous avons fait un excellent diner. L’entrée, goûteuse et fraîche était vraiment très agréable. Mention particulière pour le plat avec un boudin, choux rouge, foie gras et pommes rôties parfaitement réalisé (et un jus réduit d’enfer). Enfin, un dessert tout chocolat tout bonnement délicieux. Cuisine raffinée aux multiples saveurs, la gastronomie dans tout son art : on en prend plein la vue et les papilles, sous l'œil avisé du personnel très professionnel.
