This aspect, without a doubt, is one of the strong points of the place. Moving on to the food, my experience was bittersweet. On the one hand, the service was remarkably fast, a plus for those looking for a quality meal without long waits. The quality of the dishes, in general, is good, which indicates that there is an effort to offer a satisfactory culinary experience. However, not everything shines in Tagliala. The food, although correct, left something to be desired in terms of flavor and presentation. It was missing that spark that invites you to come back, that unique touch that distinguishes the great from the simply good. Another aspect that caught my attention was the lack of a defined identity. In a world where restaurants strive to stand out, to offer something unique whether in their menu, their decoration or their philosophy, Tagliala seems to float in a comfort zone without risking anything more.
