"Zweimal nacheinander hier gewesen und jedes Mal sehr freundlich bedient worden und sensationell gutes Essen bekommen. Der Tisch an der Theke hat uns dabei beide Male gut gefallen, keine Probleme damit gehabt. Leider dauerte das Essen beim zweiten Besuch etwas länger, aber die Qualität war bombastisch. Das Restaurant ist auch beide Abende sehr voll gewesen, das Personal bleibt ausgesprochen freundlich auch bei hoher Arbeitsauslastung. Bilder sagen mehr als Worte."

"Right on the ferry terminal with a great view of the Langeoog Bootsdock, this cozy restaurant serves fresh seafood, steaks and salads. Fortunately, they made room for our stroller when we brought our young man in and we could see other young families, where the place also has a good time with their children. The food was delicious and came fast. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked (Although, I would have known that it would be so good, I would have ordered it without the heavy sauce and let it speak for itself. The service was friendly and attentive (kudos on the one server that made a brave attempt to support me in English! We have wounded everything with a fantastic whale ice cream that is smeared in some kind of liqueur and a traditional German fruit-compartate in whipped cream. Several other fascinating dessert concoctions invite you to a future visit... Finally, this place is perfect for a picturesque walk back to the city. A caution; we called ahead, and when we got there, it could see that most tables 'reserved' sign on them and that was on a Wednesday in low season, so...reservations Very recommended!"

"we had a table reserved for a Wednesday night to eat spare ribs - all you can eat. to say it immediately: eating was very delicious! the spare ribs were delicious. There was a full of potatoes with a crumble and a small salad. unfortunately we were disappointed by the service, because at least it is a renowned hotel. there were enough staff, all were very friendly. we felt, however, that the organization was not properly agreed. After we had ordered our drinks, another waitress appeared and asked for our drink request. we thanked and said that the drinks had already been ordered by another colleague. After the first portion spare rib we were asked if we would like to eat more. we were chasing. shortly after, another waitress asked if we would like to eat more spare ribs. we pointed out that we had just said one of their colleagues. After we had fed the suggestion, we asked for the bill. shortly after, a waitress appeared with further spare rib and said, "so, here comes her next portion." We explained that we had already fed our second portion and now waited for the bill. the bill came and did not come. after 10 minutes my man went to the front area to ask. he got the answer that something does not agree with the cash. After he sat on the table again, a waitress appeared and explained that there was a problem with the cash. we asked to simply calculate the amount for 2x spare rib, 2 aster and 1 water without the cash register and to call us so that we could go home. the young woman nodded and went away. it took a few minutes again, until it appeared with a real document. so we could finally pay after a good quarter of an hour. in the meantime we talked to the guests in the neighboring table, who also noticed very strangely that you had to wait for so long for the bill."

"the caffe is further on the descending ast, whether it has already reached the low point, remains to wait. I have already had to meet this in 2012. but it has not become better in the meantime, but worse. I ordered the so-called island breakfast for 10.40 €. came a baked bun, a disc black bread from the day before, the cheap disc salami and gouda from a cheap discounter, a little jam from the glass and a little fresh cheese, there was a glass orange nectar that was declared as orange juice on the card (a freshly pressed one gets only when ordered separately. the only thing that was quite normal quality requirements was the cappuccino. was a very unbeautiful experience."

"there are many burger variants. we had a visit to the Chicken-Crossie-Burger. this was very good, also the pommes. the personal was friendly.The opening hours were great. When we were going to go there for the first time in the evening, we were already closed and we were on a pizzeria. for dinner so not suitable. Maybe this is different in the summer!? the other "Burger-Imbiss" on Langeoog, the giwtbude on the beach promenade, had opened until 19.00 a.m..Negatively we remained in memory that our clothing after the visit was very strong after frying fat smelled, although we sat at the table furthest away from the open kitchen. certainly due to the "front cooking", however, the exhaust air could be better."
