"Wir gehen hier alle paar Monate mal essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Die Speisekarte ist sehr gross und mit Pizza, Pasta und Fleischgerichten bestückt. Wir waren dieses mal zu dritt da und bestellten 2x als Vorspeise Salat und dann 1x Penne Boscaiola und 2× Rindsfilet mit Pommes. Dazu genossen wir eine feine Flasche sizialischen Rotweins und einen Liter Mineralwasser.Die Penne waren reichlich mit Speck und Pilzen angereichert und schmeckten sehr gut. Die Rindsfilets wurden nur leicht angebraten und dann auf dem heissen Stein serviert.Die Fleischqualität war wirklich top und das Filet war extrem zart.Die Bedienung war ebenfalls aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.Tipp bei Pizzabestellungen: Besser eine kleine Pizza bestellen, das reicht völlig. Der Muracher macht nebenbei noch Pizza Delivery. Negativ: Wenig Gemüse.Das Restaurant hat natürlich kein Gourmet Niveau, hat aber ein hohes gutbürgerliches Niveau. Schade, dass es jeweils nur sehr wenig Gäste hat"

"My husband and me had a great dining experience. Bruschetta was delicious and so was the pizza we ordered. There was some butter creme sauce (local sauce) on the pizza which was so very good. Loved the rotating wheel fountain in the middle of the restaurant. The interior was unique, more of a country side look. And the staff were friendly."

"Second time here. On a Monday night, many of the Sursee restaurants were closed; this one was full. I have some restaurant German so we could understand about 80% of the menu no English spoken here; the ambience is homely rather than slick. Had...asparagus which was grossly overcooked welcome to Switzerland but tasty nonetheless as it's hard to ruin asparagus. Calf liver was pronounced perfect by my wife and my med rare fillet was cooked perfectly. The black pepper sauce was a tangy wine reduction rather than the bland creaminess I had feared, so all was good. Both dishes were accompanied with perfectly cooked rosti. A very nice Swiss Blauburgunder (aka Pinot Noir) accompanied, at some eye-watering price. Service was fine, though it all took some time due to the place being full. We left well pleased with our choice and pretended the exchange rate was better than it is."

"We spontaneously went to the Baan Thai Restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised by the diverse ambience. The food was extremely good. The service was very friendly, even if not everyone spoke perfect German. You all understand what we wanted. Without a reservation we just had space. Otherwise, you should reserve your table in advance in this well-attended restaurant. We'd love to come back and look forward to the next time. Wheelchair accessibility: Is on the ground floor. No problems for wheelchair users"

"price is perfect. the service is very fast. you sit at the place gets the salat served, the suppe is hardly started and the drink is served, at the same time the order for eating is taken up. no 10min. later, the food is on the table. ideal for craftsmen since after the latest 45min. that is over. the dips from the tagscard are ok, appropriate portions and at the price/performance ratio there is nothing to say. the personal all-round friendly and accommodating. in case of doubt the special menu if there is cordon bleu, that is very fine."
