"Our son is studying at UWE and lives five minutes walk from here. We visited over the weekend to celebrate his delayed degree results. We decided we wanted a Thai meal and he suggested Everyday Thai having been recommended it by housemates. We booked on Friday. Saturday lunchtime I had a call to confirm my booking. How glad I was that we had booked. I couldn't believe that somewhere tucked away in Fishponds could be so busy! The entrance was like bees round a honey pot but our host, Pickky, had everything under control and we were soon seated and drinks ordered. Such a lot of tasty choices on the menu. What to choose. We settled on the Tapas selection for starters: calamari, crispy vegetables and spring rolls. For mains we chose chicken with cashew nuts, king prawn with cashew nuts and pad Thai. Whilst we waited we watched moped delivery drivers arriving and leaving, all handled smoothly and meals being served expertly to a table of eight and a table of twelve, as well as numerous take away collections. Our starters arrived, exquisitely presented how did they carve a carrot into a flower. Very tasty! The calamari was perfect. Sometimes some restaurants can over cook it and it can be rubbery. The vegetables were excellent. Peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, even cauliflower! Hats off to the chefs. My son doesn't care much for cauliflower but was impressed with the taste. The food was all hot We were hungry and even ate the shredded carrot and cabbage dressing, although it was difficult to dip it in the sauce, partly because we'd devoured so much of it! We waited in anticipation for our mains. We commented that we should have ordered some prawn crackers. As if reading our minds, our waiter came over to apologise for the wait and bringing some complimentary prawn crackers! Most welcome. The mains arrived and they didn't disappoint. Tasty and plentiful. A real treat! All too often in oriental restaurants and takeaways the main course meat or fish has little vegetable accompaniment but not so with ours. Equally, dishes with cashew nuts can sometimes have me looking for the cashews. Definitely not the case. Plenty of prawns and chicken. Plenty of vegetables. Plenty of rice. Plenty of pleasant conversation. Plenty of activity still in the kitchen and front of house! All in all a really nice meal, really nice company, really nice staff, a really nice restaurant and a really nice price!"

Authentic fresh and delicious! Chicken satay and lamb masaman curry and chicken with thai basil all delectable and fragrant as if you are in Thailand. Friendly warm service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

this place has a good call from a ground. the personal is really friendly and tried the best to make them feel comfortable. the dishes are authentic and full of taste. I wish my part would be more generous. Note that it is a non-alcoholic restaurant. Worth visiting.

Can’t believe it’s taken us so long to discover this gem! Superb Thai takeaway and even though it was very busy in the restaurant, the staff were so friendly as we waited. we had really good food here. the menu is quite long, although this is not a purely vegan restaurant, there are many vegan and vegetarian options. this is a very popular restaurant, so I would advise booking even if they plan to go to a week night. note that they are not alcohol, but have some large alcohol-free drinks options

Thai fish cake, Thai and greener troops, pad Thai and pub soup highly recommended! the personal was so courteous and this is some of the best Thai food I had in Britain! would they advise to book a table about their website as it was very busy when we went on Friday night. fulturales P.S mango sticky rice to finish her meal is one must.

Some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten. It's such a homely, friendly place felt like we were in an aunt's home! The food was cooked really well. We tried the sesame chicken toast, fish cakes and chicken satay for starters. For mains, duck pancakes (portion enough for two but may need more pancakes), and the sweet and sour battered chicken with egg noodles. For dessert, sticky rice with mango. if they are looking for tasteful, fresh, authentic Thai cuisine, then the restaurant is to visit! it is a family business with which the chef is a Thai native and uses only fresh ingredients and no preservatives. the vegan options on the menu may not be obvious, but they offer either sweet, tofu or jackfruit (jackfruit has a £1 excess) as replacement for each of the meat options. also the red Thai curry does not contain a garnel paste and is therefore vegan friendly! the staff is friendly and flexible and will meet their needs. on a midday they offer an additional menu that is as good as for only £14, they get 3 appetit and/or main dishes and a rice portion! each dish tastes different and th...

I loved the mood of this restaurant cozy little place, family-run, smily people great atmosphere and good eating. but! I give him 4 stars because there is room for improvement. when it is full, the service / communication seems to suffer a little. my friend asked about the spiciest iron fry they had and I asked about the normal medium, they both came with no chili, not spicy at all. .
