"we had chosen a restaurant in advance for our holiday and reserved. selected by the menu. mail with reservations sent request and very quickly receive a confirmation for the reservation. today was very punctual for reservation before location and very welcome. drink card, aperitif and menu. as aperitif a sekco with sirup selected. the three-course menu with bark meat and calf and perceived chefin's wee recommendation. appetizer with pickled salmon and wasabi/crust salad, kamm and salate. as already mentioned with sweet and self-made potato croquettes. dessert on apfelstrudel a la florian. I can only say that we were absolutely satisfied, thank you for this evening and very much to recommend. many thanks again"

during our holiday several times in the florian’s dinner. very nice service, eating was very good and the ambiente great. the only critique point were the Chesespätzle, who unfortunately did not deserve their names. note: all statements made reflect only my own personal opinion experience.
