Lovely lunch ,food was fantastic and tasty .love the atmosphere,feel like I’m in a diner with the music playing ,staff so friendly.will definitely be returning.

Great service from Lia. Atmosphere was lovely, although it was a little bit cold in the restaurant. Food was fresh and big portions. Would recommend eating here!

Shocking. 2 adults meals and 1 kids ordered. Starters arrived pretty swift…. 30 minutes later no mains. Asked waitress she said on way. I saw the kids biggest on the pass for over 20 minutes. Cancelled food manager asked us to wait and food would be with us in 5 minutes. It was, I asked for fresh nuggets. Adult wraps came, cold. Sent all food back and left. They only charged for drinks and 1 starter. Manger apologised unlike other waitress. Very pop considering the place wasn’t even busy!

Service was good and was looked after well. Food came out quickly,but did see my food sat under the lamp for a while, whilst the rest of the tables food was prepared. Food was beige didn't really have all that much flavour to it. Chips were barely warm. Hot dog had quite a tough skin on it and the bun was awfully hard. Just average food but the price would indicate that the food should be better. Also ordered pudding which was nice. Whole experience was average. Wouldn't return in a hurry,plenty more places around I would choose to go to first before coming here.

Booked a table of two for my Mum's birthday, she hadn't been here before and i came here last year with my partner and told her it was really nice. We both ordered two pizzas and chips, one chicken and bbq and the other make your own, they we're like cardboard. I asked for a pizza cutter but was told they could only give a sharp knife, we still couldn't cut our pizza it was that tough, sadly the chips we're just about warm. We both left and said its one of the worst meals we've had, very overpriced and quality is extremely poor. Sadly, I won't be returning this restaurant again. Nando’s shut for private party choice of four decided on Frankie and Bennies never again . Service ?! Apart from sitting myself and son down and taking the order I was my own server ! Pint of peroni ordered delivered promptly it was off lines needed cleaning it was flat had a tangy taste no problem I returned it to bar promptly replaced with a pint of Budweiser which was perfect . Food arrived waitress ran off before I could ask any mayonnaise?! Another trip to find a member of staff the mayonnaise arrived promptly . Chips on both meals cold my pasta which accompanied my cold chips and piping on chicken was inedible again cold . In a nutshell poor food ,awful service staff seemed to not care...

We haven’t been to a Frankie Benny’s restaurant for a very long time. I remember the food tasted great, the place was clean and the service was excellent. This was our first time to Broughton Park and I can honestly say we will not be returning. The staff were pleasant enough and apologetic but the food was dire. 2 of our party had chicken Parmigiana. The fries didn’t look fresh. The chicken had a piece of wafer thin ham dried out on top with minimal sauce, the pasta was cold and barely had sauce on it. The arrabiatta was not spicy, it was bland and the pasta was overdone. The food tasted old. One of our party had pizza and that was ok. When asked how our food was I did reply that it wasn’t...

The rating of 2 is solely due to the our waitress and the efforts of the manageress to make amends for the absolutely dreadful food we were presented with. My wife and I were treating our two grand children to a meal out. The kids were 2 .6 years old and wanted pizza. Not being a pizza lover, we agreed not to go to pizza express which was incidentally, next door to F B’s) or a Pizza Hut to allow me to order something other than pizza. We ordered a pizza for the kids, which was eaten with gusto by the two year old. My wife ordered spaghetti bolognaise and I ordered New York chicken at £17.50 a pop.
