"Our stay at the restaurant il tartufo was successful from the beginning: we were welcomed and guided at our table. Although a lot was going on, we got our drinks very quickly. The whole mood in the restaurant was pleasant, which was also at the service staff. You notice: These people like to do your work! What really pleased me: The Corona rules have been adhered to 100% at any time: The tables were thoroughly disinfected after each guest change, just like the chairs. Even the vinegar oil and the balsamico bottle, which were served for food, were sprayed and wiped. The entire staff, whether in the service or in the kitchen (one could see them), wore a mouthguard. "Today the road led us to Neustadt an der Donau, the sun laughs and for food consumption it should be a beer garden. The inn is located in the middle of the town on the road. She handed us the cards and asked if we would like to order drinks or rather look first. The drinks came quickly and we gave up the food order. There were four slices of juicy, delicate meat that could be crushed with the tongue. Spices it was perfect. The sauce had a nice strong, spicy taste. The Semmelknödel had to spice around nothing, was refined with fresh parsley and in the core he had exactly the consistency as we like, outside he was a little watered, was probably a tikken too long in the water. The Wiener Schnitzel, as I would like to have this now before me, 3 pieces of super delicate, juicy meat baked in a wonderfully wavy panad in butterschmalz. The spice got the carving through the panade, lemon was not needed, was not necessary. The homemade potato salad had a super consistency, was not bad now with a light vinegar taste, for us it is likely to be a little more trusted when seasoning. Here we come back, 4.5 star ambience outdoor area The beer garden consists of a plastered area is surrounded by green hedges, in the middle is a large chestnut tree. "Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Teruo und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Als Vorspeise hatte ich die Sommerrolle mit Huhn und als Hauptspeise das rote Curry mit Ente. Beides schmeckte hervorragend. Das Gemüse war schön frisch und leicht bissfest (nicht zerkocht). Ich kann auch noch das Mango Lassi empfehlen. Sehr lecker."
