"The inn is not recommended! The price-performance ratio is not true at all... the food is too expensive and the service as well as the toilet facilities are a disaster! We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, although not much was going on. The waiter had to ask for a few minutes what we had ordered to drink... then the ordered alcohol-free cyclist came... but we got a flat alcohol-free beer with a small Carafe Limo and a small beer glass... We had ordered a frying sausage with pommes and a small mixed salad... After we waited for half an hour, we got an alcohol with mixed salad... after we told the waiter that we ordered sausages, he took the wrong food... after another quarter of an hour the food finally came... The pommes were much too chess... the Bratsauce tasted for a finished product... the mixed added salad consisted of a few leaves of green salad and a bit of carrots, as well as white herbs and all for almost 5 euros... We didn't get napkins at all. 2 brushes with pommes, two additional salads, a special and alcohol-free biker for 44.50 euros... And as itaperchem, the toilet plant was dirty... except a toilet without toilet paper and that was still moist... Never again!"

"Today we were here food! It was very worthwhile to arrive a few kilometers, because we were very positively surprised. The food is excellent, all freshly prepared and especially no cans or TK products. Tastefully very well matched with spices, so you can also taste what you eat without it being fad or you have to taste. For this an extra praise to the kitchen!!! That justifies the prices absolutely. The ambience is wonderful, because you feel very homely and don't want to go. The service is very friendly and great! A good tip is really well invested here. The toilets are very well maintained and suitable for the style of the restaurant, simple class. I can only highly recommend this restaurant because here you get a unanimous and round overall concept and you realize that with passion and heart the guests are pampered!!! "We like to go there with our children who have a lot of fun there. The food is delicious, even if you don't get a first class sushi (of course). However, this does not have to be at all, the selection is large and completely sufficient. I also recommend the (alcohol-free) cocktails"

"First of all this is a very historic, beautiful place, situated in the lovely landscape of "Klettgau" in the Canton of Schaffhausen. Absolutely stunning ancient building and a lovely garden to dine under old trees. This was my first time there and I...guess I won't go back. The service was friendly but not super-super friendly. The wine, produced by the place itself, was very good (although I would prefer to be able to choose from more different wine producers of this famous wine region). The menu card is rather one-sided: not a single vegetarian dish! Not one, not even mentioning with one word. OK, so you could have meat, meat and meat. My poor friend had to order a Spätzli-Teller with veggies but that plate looked rather fancyless. I had chosen a pork steak with the world- famous Spätzli (dumplings). There was no veggy on the side, not even a slice of tomato or the infamous parsley or chive. That was rather disappointing but luckily the Spätzli were actually as good as everybody said. To my utter surprise I was not able to pay with Maestro or Credit Card! This really astonished me that a restaurant of that format is not accepting cards?! Luckily I just had the amount in my pocket. The worst thing came when I was at home: I must have sat on a nest of ants!! My bare legs were covered in red spots that developed into ugly nasty and awfully itchy wheals over the next hours! I counted over bites alone on my left leg! I had to see the pharmacy on Monday and buy antihistamine to get rid of the swelling and itchiness! My friend and I were having a wonderful evening but we both agreed that this would not be the place to meet again, Sorry"

"It was the 8th May Mother's Day.The very cozy not all too big gas room was already fully occupied.We were lucky to get a two table on the terrace.There was first a very fine asparagus cream soup and even made berry butter for the bread slices. Then mixed salad, as well as zander crispy bead. Until here we were happy with our food. But the ordered vegetable dish with baked cheese, unfortunately, changed this.After our taste, the vegetable dish was heated with the cheese too long. The cheese was hard and the vegetables were partly dry. As far as the operation is concerned, we find only praiseworthy words. Have understood us very well.But something to the end.The menu might also offer a larger selection when it comes."
