"Today we've taken cappuccinos here and they were good, but they've asked us sometimes if we wanted to take something else and when we said they haven't looked at us with a bad face. We had to ask some questions on the account and in the end we got up to pay in the box because they didn't come. Looks like I don't get them when you're just having a coffee. customer service has disappointed us."
