"Greek restaurant Byzantium has been my favorite place to eat Greek food for years. I come here monthly and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent – hot and rich in flavour. Over the years I have tried several Greek restaurants, but none compare to Byzantium. The service is also always friendly and fast. Even if we come with a large group, all the food is served at the same time, so that everyone can enjoy a delicious hot dish together. In terms of price-quality ratio, Byzantium deserves a big 10. While many restaurants nowadays raise prices considerably, Byzantium still remains affordable. You really get value for your money here and you never leave hungry. In short, an absolute must for those who love tasty Greek food and good service!"

Amazing Lamb dish, they bring you a shot of Sambuca as a pre dinner drink, call ahead in the summertime to reserve a table on the Patio. When they're really busy the turnaround time slows a little when you need your drink refilled.

Slechte kwaliteit vlees , grote schotel besteld , zeer teleurstellend. Geen rijst erbij , wel besteld , plakje feta voor €5,50 was zo dun dat het broodbeleg kon zijn. Tzatziki saus net 1 lepeltje , erg karig dus. Voor dat geld en dan zulk slechte kwaliteit en karigheid geen trek meer om nog maals te gaan naar Byzantium. Always a fun place and they spruced it up since our last visit in 2014. Seems brighter and more open. As always you start out with the requisite shot of ouzo to cleanse the palatte. The salad bar has all the basics to make a nice starter. The veggies were fresh, nice big chunks of feta and a good selection of oils to top it off. The chicken soup was okay, A bit thin but had nice big chunks of chicken. The side of bread was nothing special.
