"We were in the Hickory yesterday. First we stood around three minutes until someone saw and turned our reserved table. No flexibility in requests for change (which cost a supplement) and quite unfriendly. That's not a tip. However, it would be unfair to judge this service (for which the boss later apologized). Otherwise it would have been a point. The food was brilliant. Have eaten many Ribs. That's the show. Whether normal, with Wasabi or Korean brilliant. And the Cole Slav was great too. That's why I'd love it."
