Best hotel stay that I've had for a while. Excellent room, which was huge (surely they ran out of smaller rooms? . The hotel was very quiet and I had a good night's sleep. Rooms: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

We had a lovely stay at the holiday inn, we found it very child friendly and accommodating. The staff are very attentive and we had a relaxing experience. The rooms themselves are a bit dated in my opinion but that would stop me from staying there again. The kids inn is a lovely touch. Definitely would recommend for any family with young children.

Stayed for a cruise and stay package. Very good price including breakfast. Had evening meal in the restaurant. Kids all ate free from the buffet. Very good food for the price and great service. Good deal on the wine. Buy two large glasses get rest of the bottle free so £17 instead of £24 cant beat that in a hotel. Arranged taxis to and from port included in price. Visualizza piatti

This was the best holiday inns i have been to. Especially for kids i would score it 20 10!! The kids absolutely loved the kids room, plus there was a microwave available for us for my picky eater toddler! No negative experience. Absolutely fantastic service, great pool for the kids and yummy breakfast. Even the milk and cookies were such a nice little treat for the kids. Will be back for sure.

Overpriced, poor quality food . Took a very long time to get drinks to the table, so long in fact, I went to the bar to order. Here I found our tables drinks sat on a tray waiting to go out. I had the gourmet burger and it didn't warrant the pricetag it came with. My partner had rissoto and whilst it was flavorsome, it was somewhat congealed and clumpy. Wasn't impressed at all for a hotel restaurant.

Very good service from all staff especially the hotel manager. Our room was a tad hot when we got to the hotel which after switching on the air con hoping it would cool down but proved not to work properly. Thankfully the manager moved us to a different room. Beds were very uncomfortable and the whole hotel needed a bit of TLC. We had access to the health club which as nothing was working and the guy behind the desk didn't seem to want to help. Really nice hotel now, having obviously had a refurb. Really nice, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and a half decent dinner menu which includes veggie and vegan options. Location really good for our needs, being close to the motorway, Southampton and satellite towns. I don't think i have ever seen a hotel that clearly expects and caters specifically for young children. We are waaaaay past that stage but it was nice to see young kids so welcome. Parents can be confident that this place will work for the whole family. Well done Holiday Inn

Hotel very child friendly. Had room for children to play in, even if it was freezing with air con. Staff at check in great, fast check in and had lots of additions for children like milk and cookies and activity packs. The rooms are what you pay for, nothing special but clean and tidy with all you need. There was double bed, sofa bed and cot provided for our 2 year old. The food at breakfast was brilliant. Great selection to suit all. Dinner however was a bit of a disaster. The cost was on the expensive side. Kids ate free but the adult price made up for that. I stayed at this hotel with my family, for one night while spending the weekend at Peppa Pig World. The rooms are standard fare, basic but clean and with the basics of what you need. The staff are helpful and there is a kid 's play area, where you can take them for an hour. The swim pool is pretty good of a decent size with a small steam room. I do have a gripe that I didn 't seem to be able to communicate to anyone on leaving. We ate in the restaurant on the Saturday night. To start, there is a kids eat free for all buffet.
