"I've been a regular at Il Burgo for many years, even back when they were located in Heaton Moor. Every visit has been absolutely perfect. The food is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is always beautifully presented, clean, and tidy. They also have a great kids' menu, complete with coloring pens and activities to keep the little ones entertained. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5."

A fantastic Italian restaurant! The staff was wonderful, and the food was delicious. I had the lobster ravioli, while my friend enjoyed one of the risottos. It's a beautiful restaurant overall!

excellent meal, perfectly cooked steak, presentation good, with generous portions. I had a garlic coffee to finish, which is not difficult to perfect in any restaurant, but this was the most perfect thing I had for years thanks to an excellent waitress. well done, we're coming back.

Not been in for a little while. Still excellent in every way. A young but attentive set of staff who were very mindful of our picky eating requirements. The meat is delicious and so is the fish. The best cappuccino I have had for a long while. Highly recommended if you are ever in Poynton.
