Jagemanns - Restaurant

This is a nice German restaurant in front of St Paul Peter church. We sat outdoor and had a god view of the church. We came for lunch and ordered the Thuringian sausage and schnitzel with mushroom sauce and fired croquettes. The food was...tasty and comes in big portion

The hospitality of the Eastern European service in this restaurant was inadequate, unhealthy and cheeky to my wife! She demanded 1 euro toilet money. On the testimony of my wife, oh that is expensive, she replied: “You can go again!” I don't think that's happening at all!

Vey bad experiece . We had to wait hour for our dinner saterday evening. When we asked the waiter what was happening she got very unpolite and asked back in a very nasty way. In the end I got my risotto but unfortunately...the rice was not boiler. The device was in the standard of the old time of DDR

We really enjoyed eating here. We ended up eating here twice, in fact, because it was hard to get a table anywhere else without a reservation. Both times we quite enjoyed our meals but really appreciated the staff's friendliness. This is a lowkey place with...a great view during the goodweather season

Attended for a birthday gathering and sat in the Biergarten. The food was delivered quickly, large servings of German food, very tasty. Service was very polite and helpful when one of us had specific requests. Some wasps were a pain, but that has been true...all over Europe this summer. A good experience

According to our demand, a small word of explanation would have awakened our understanding in advance why the ordered 2 drinks are not yet there after more than 15 minutes, I got from a waitress the answer we would not be the only guests.... Reserved signs on the tables without reservation were explained throughout the entire terrace full of guests.... May afternoon at 3:00.

We had been to an early evening concert in the Herderkirche, so were pleased to find a nice restaurant on the Herder square overlooking the church and the statue of Herder an influential figure in early Romantic German literature. I had a Rinderroulade beef rolypoly...if you like and my wife had the Lachsfilet salmon filet, washed down with a Pils and a MüllerThurgau respectively. Very nicely cooked and good service

Given the value for money this is in all regards including the pretentious yet tasteless interior design a tourist trap. It started already with the service: No smile, no greeting, no thank you, communication in nouns only we all speak native German!. As a drink,...I ordered a wheat beer. Something that is a standard offer in a German restaurant. The order was taken and the waiter came back shortly after to tell me that wheat beer was over, but in a way as if I should have known better before ordering. As a food, I had the chanterelles with fried dumpling. I received a plate with a grey, oversalted but otherwise tasteless sauce which was obviously ready made and contained some vegetables and...

our first seminar day was over. completely used in the hotel. During the lunch break, I set myself a “Speed-Weimar-Explorationstour” and immediately harvested a bubble – no matter what. In the evening buffet dishes were announced at the hotel and my colleagues, and I wanted to see fresh air and something other than the (good) hotel. we were very centrally located for happiness and have taken us to the weimar old town. unfortunately again only in the dark. We liked the Jagemanns, so we were welcomed by a young employee. we were allowed to drink only. Nevertheless, we have received the menus. I liked reading this and it was absolutely distinctive and to my taste. but: is full. the hearts staye...
