We shared foie gras as entree, had lobster risotto and fish as main dish and soufflé as dessert. Everything tastes so great! Foie gras is creamy and flavorful; fish is flavorful. Passionnée par la gastronomie et habituée des restaurants étoilés Le Jan mérite 2 étoiles! Le service est à l’écoute et chaleureux. Un grand merci à Thomas pour son dynamisme et sa gentillesse. Quand au repas exceptionnel! Dîner alliant cuisine française et sud africaine du Chef Jan Hendrik. Chaque plat est un super combo de saveurs, de textures, et de découverte!
