Kaspa's Desserts - Menu

In St Helens everything is going to be a bit odd. But its just very basic desserts. Icecream in a glass or a greasy cookie dough. I have been twice and I will not be going again. It is not enjoyable or quality food.

I took my children as a birthday treat for my daughters 12th birthday. Mike greeted us at the entrance and really went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a nice time. We were really looked after from start to finish. Thank you...

Told there was a ten minute wait for take away which was fine. Sat there for 20 minutes so I asked how long it would be and they hadn't even started to make it and swiped it off the screen. Several others got served before me who ordered after me. No apology and just told it would be 3 minutes. 30 minutes to get one waffle. Shocking!!

Visited for birthday treat, ordered , waited over 30 mins then two drinks came, ten more minutes another two came, another ten minutes two more, eventually the dessert turned up, just seems really disorganised and no one clearly in charge, toilets were dirty as well which makes me wonder what the kitchen is like, also says 5 star food rating but I’m sure I saw it only has a 1 star which I can believe, I would say this place should be a happy treat type of place but no one appears to be very happy

Went in with a few friends after work. We got there at 22:45 ordered and our desserts were ready within 5 mins. Brill. When we ordered we weren’t told that we weren’t going to be allowed to sit in and eat which was what we wanted to do. Instead our desserts were left on the side. ‘There you go, you’re taking out’ well this was news to us. When we questioned this the girl (with a very smug look) said ‘well we close at 11 so you’ll have to take it out’. Wow. My friends and I all work in hospitality and know this is not the greatest customer service, especially when we weren’t told at the start we weren’t going to be able to eat in.
