Great discovery, passing on Oléron we wanted to make a sushi to the cotiniere, we fell on maybe the best sushi I tested. Outstanding view of the port, very nice staff, quality musical playlist, and above all a map to bring down with unpublished recipes (couteaux, grilled eel, asparagus, sweet potato for example) we wanted to eat everything, quality cocktails. And the pieces are too beautiful and good, beautiful proportions also. Get your eyes closed!

It may not have the greatest atmosphere and the service at the beginning of our visit was somewhat slow, but every single piece of food we ate was excellent and we plan to go back very soon.
