Kolumbianischer Pavillon

at 20 o'clock we sat outside at 20:30 o'clock on the table and told us that the kitchen is no longer picking up orders due to overload. we were disappointed and hungry and gone. personally unattended and overwhelmed.

very nice contact with reservations, friendly staff, very attentive and always a nice word. the breakfast buffet is very rich in choice and the price for it is in order. in summer it is very nice to sit in the outside area, because they look right at the lake. after a nice walk around the lake you can refresh yourself there, for example with an ice or a drink and also for hunger. we like to come back.

Zum Osterfrühstück wollten wir den Kolumbianischen Pavillion ausprobieren.Ein stolzer Preis war zu zahlen, der meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch angesetzt war... Es gab zum Brunch eine kleine, aber feine Auswahl. Brötchen, Beläge, Ei, Fisch, Fleisch und warme Gerichte - sowie Nachtisch. Eigentlich sollte für jeden etwas dabei gewesen sein. Der Service war ok... Zwar stets freundlich, aber oft lange Wartezeiten bei kleinsten Belangen. Schön war, dass der Besitzer/Chef 2 mal zu unserem Tisch kam und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei.

We were there last week with some friends, and it was the worst place we visited in Wolfsburg so far. We weren't greeted or seated, so we just sat down on one of the tables, but still weren't recognized. Everything took so much time for the waiting team, it was unbearable. When ordering drinks, we had to find out that there is no tap water in the restaurant. (I wonder how they even operate without that.) Everything took ages to arrive, the food was dry and tasteless. When the food arrived, we asked for some ketchup and mayo which took another 15 minutes to arrive from a really unfriendly and rude waitress. Waiting for the bill took another 20 minutes, which we found ridiculous. The restauran...

Nie wieder gehe ich freiwillig in diesen Laden...... wir waren zum Frühstücken dort und hatten einen Tisch bestellt.......zu diesem zu gelangen gestaltete sich schwierig, da sich das Personal privat unterhielt...... Nachdem wir dann endlich unseren Tosch gefunden hatten und die letzten Essensreste vom Buffet zusammenkratzen könnten wir den übel riechenden Lachs verzehren...... nach am kauen und die Hämde am Teller, wurde dieser auch prompt und kommentarlos vom Tisch entfernt........ Waren am 30.07.2017 mit drei Personen zum Frühstück dort. Nachdem wir vor einigen Wochen schon einmal einen Reinfall erlebt hatten, wollten wir dem Pavillon eine zweite Chance geben. Großer Fehler!!Schon beim betreten ging es los. Das Personal unterhielt sich Grüppchenweise oder spielte am Handy. Kein "Hallo", kein "Guten Morgen".Auf dem Tisch die obligatorische Thermoskanne mit Kanne. Guter Service fragt eventuell nach anderen Getränkewünschen..... hier Fehlanzeige.Ds Buffett sehr mager!! Kleinste Brötchen von schlechter Aufbackqualität, Wurst- und Käseplatten sehr lieblos hingeknallt. Das Rührei war teilweise noch flüssig.Krönung war jedoch der Lachs. Wir sind heute das 1.und gleichzeitig letzte Mal dort gewesen... Trotz vorheriger telefonischer Anfrage war es nicht möglich, zu einem Kindergericht Gemüse zu bekommen!! (Bei einem Nudelgericht ist z.B.Brokkoli dabei, den wir gerne genommen hätten, und wir sagten noch: egal was, Hauptsache Gemüse) Also bekam mein Sohn einen Beilagensalat mit auf den Teller... der bestand aus Rucola u.ä., also alles relativ bittere Blätter... er isst wirklich so gut wie alles, aber das? Ich fragte nochmal nach ob Gemüse wirklich gar nicht machbar war und bekam als Antwort:"ach...Salat reicht nicht?" Ich hab nur gesagt okay vergessen Sie es, wenigstens liegen 3 Paprikastreifen im Salat die ich rausfischen kann...
