"I had made a reservation via email four days in advance and received a confirmation, but upon arrival, they did not have record of our reservation and turned us away to accommodate another booking. Despite a weak attempt to offer us wine or a discount, we were ultimately dismissed without much concern. This was particularly disappointing as the reservation was for my best friend's 30th birthday celebration, and we were left scrambling to find another place to dine.
