best food we have eaten on venice! that was amazing and we order a risotto with sweet and cheese that was spectacular! I highly recommend this place.

ambiente elegante. servizio eccellente con un grande senso per l'umorismo e l'amore per i dettagli. la bouche di amuse dovrebbe morire. avevamo il basso mare e il salmone, entrambi erano deliziosi e cucinati per la perfezione.

I stayed in the hotel and decided to check out the restaurant while I was there. I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the chef sent out a little canapé in between courses. The waiting staff could not have been more than attentive. Their passion was a great addition to the experience. The food was lovely. I had the beef and it was cooked to perfection. Would definitely return!

Ristorante La Cupola Venezia è un'ottima scelta per un ristorante che si trova nell'Hotel Carlton sul Canal Grande. Il ristorante è aperto per pranzo e cena dalle 11:00 alle 22:00. Ho ordinato i Medaglioni di Tonno Pinna Gialla in crosta di erbe ai sapori Mediterranei. Il cibo era eccellente e il servizio fantastico. Il cibo è stato consegnato in modo tempestivo. Il cameriere era cortese e molto disponibile.

Non siamo rimasti qui mentre eravamo a Venezia, ma siamo venuti un paio di volte per bere qualcosa. È stata la posizione perfetta per gli Aperol del pomeriggio. Entrambe le volte siamo riusciti ad ottenere un tavolo direttamente sul lato del canale. Ottima posizione per osservare la gente e vedere passare le barche. Il servizio è stato veloce e il personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Anche i prezzi sono ragionevoli per Venezia. Sicuramente passeremo di nuovo di qui la prossima volta che saremo a Venezia.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'Hotel Carlton sul Canal Grande e abbiamo prenotato la cena per il nostro primo giorno. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante La Cupola e abbiamo trascorso una serata meravigliosa. Il cibo era incredibile, soprattutto il dessert (abbiamo preso la panna cotta). Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile; i camerieri erano molto disponibili e veloci. Ci hanno dato un caloroso benvenuto e si sono assicurati che fossimo a nostro agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Filippo che abbiamo incontrato, con cui abbiamo chiacchierato e che ci ha aiutato durante la cena. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a cena qui!

We stayed at the hotel and were truly surprised at the elegance and first class service in the restaurant. The chef there is top rate and created wonderful dishes as well as twists on traditional fare. The seafood soup is not a soup as you may know it, but a combination of local seafood, whole pieces of fish and shrimp, surrounded by a flavorful broth. I wish I could tell you in words how enticing this dish was. The cannelloni were filled with a delicious soft and rich mixture and covered in a light, not overpowering sauce. Mixed experience but generally good. I went with my fiancé and we ate on the rooftop. The views are great and the live music was good too. Crowed was mixed, some were very casual and some more formal. For the amount you pay, the service should be much better. The menu was not up to date so there were only two options for starters when the menu and about 8. There was a long wait to even take the order and serve our drinks. We weren’t given any bread until they brought out the starters and that was after a 45 minute wait. My food was excellent, I had octopus and beef for main. My fiancé’s food wasn’t as good. She had soup for starter and a ravioli for main and she was given only 4 ravioli on t...
