"Our recent extended stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival, this positive gesture was marred by several inconveniences. One of the main frustrations was the lack of hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. This required us to use the spa shower, which definitely affected our comfort and experience. In addition, the room was very poorly lit (n°102). Although the spa is an attractive aspect of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that it was not well equipped. However, it should be noted that the price was still reasonable. We hoped for a commercial gesture from the management to compensate for the inconveniences we encountered, which we unfortunately did not obtain. Despite these inconveniences, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible under the given circumstances. In summary, although our experience was marked by some negatives, we recognize the positives as well as the efforts of the staff in meeting our needs. We hope our feedback will help improve future stays for guests of this hotel."

The positive points the location and the staff very professional. The negative is more of a 3 star than a 4. Stained carpets in the common areas Poor breakfast and insufficient cleanliness.

I'll give you the slates. If you are in a hurry and have only 1 hour to eat, this formula is great. I took the vegetarian, an explosion of flavors, small flat for dessert, the crumble wasn't really one, just a cake too cooked to the taste of burn.

very beautiful location however the establishment lacks maintenance. ... the cleanliness and maintenance of the sheets to be desired in the rooms .... value for money to really examine the damage because it is a beautiful place .... and very well placed ..

the staff is nice, courteous and kind. this hotel and restaurant is instead located at 3-star level than 4. access to the shower through the toilet, is not a success in the area of the accommodation. the place is quiet, although very close to the city center, with private parking.
