"On the advice of a friend we went to try this restaurant... to forget First courses: tagliatelle with ragù, risotto with taleggio and radicchio and a cacio e pepe, respectively tagliatelle almost glue, risotto taleggio and radicchio which did not arrive, only a lake of cream and the liquid cacio e pepe. Second courses, a Danish steak, Roman tripe and Roman saltimbocca, the steak is hard and dry, impossible to eat, more than half left; tripe also soggy and in a lake of sauce, saltimbocca covered in a creamy sauce... honestly the recipe for this dish is not this, I don't know. The service leaves something to be desired, the bread brought after reporting it to the waiter, the side dishes brought immediately after the first courses while the second courses were missing... truly a disaster, I'm sorry about how it was indicated....
