"A little discovery, a real mess. We enjoyed each other from the beginning to the end. The chef is a real enthusiast who loves us to share the gems of his region, his history and his dishes. In the entrance, it was a buffet, everything was home and fresh, in flat, we had roast, which was a real delight, and for dessert a great pie. "arrived by chance via a smartbox that includes meals, overnight and breakfast at the farm of the gland, we are superbly welcomed by the mistress of the place. the meal is enjoyed at the restaurant lo gorrissado. : a slaughter, it was divine. the dishes are prepared with love. a huge thank you to thierry bardet and his adorable wife for this unforgettable evening. "Les soirées à Sarlat sont magiques avec tous ces spectacles et nous avons choisi de nous arrêter au Plamon pour manger. Pannini pour les enfants. La salade périgourdine était excellente avec des produits frais, de belles tranches de magrets fumés et des gésiers ça n'était pas du sous vide de supermarché. Les desserts sont maison et ça ce voit ( gâteau aux noix et nougat glacée pour nous). Très bon accueil et restaurant situé dans un endroit très agréable"
