"Essen gut, aber preislich Abzocke. Halbe Portion Herkules Spieß wird mit 10 Euro berechnet, dafür der Beilagensalat extra mit 5.50 Euro. Normale Portion kostet 18,50 Euro. ???? Lammkoteletts ohne Beilagen bzw. nur mit Karottensalat zum regulären Preis von 25 Euro. Preiskalkulation stimmt überhaupt nicht! Der Karottensalat im Beilagensalat war fürchterlich. Ungenießbar. Irgendwas undefinierbar kliebriges dran. Ganz anders als der beim Hauptgericht. Bedienung sehr nett. Konnte aber trotz Beschwerde sich nur entschuldigen. Früher kam der Chef noch selbst an den Tisch. Heute hat man ihn nicht gesehen. Fazit: viel zu teuer für einen Dorfgriechen mit wenig Ambiente! Wir waren vor Corona begeistert, heute hat sich das erledigt. Für uns unakzeptabel."

"my partner and I have been living in dossenheim for about 1.5 years. to start we have made it to make a good pizza delivery service find out; . it has not taken a long time. there mario is and remains our first choice regarding pizza in and around dossenheim!First time to the pizzas. I think it's just really busy! not too much and not too little! always nicely juicy and never even got cold. but not only that the pizzas are always very tasty, the service has always been courteous, courteous and very friendly. also extra wishes are not a problem. "we have reserved a week before to celebrate our team christmas. we had said that by phone. then we were assigned a table next to the tiolette entrance and kitchen. on demand and complain, we were sure both the service and the cook unfortunately there was no other table as they would be booked out! next time we should say that we don't want table 3! from where we should know that we have to make our Christmas dinner on such a table. we arrived at 18.30 a.m. and there was neither the roulade nor the gänsekeule from the season map! After I was inquired about another place, we were very short and shorthanded and served. after half an hour, three older ladies came and sat on the 8th sidebaric! They also stayed on this 8 table at 3rd! we were very often both private and with our employees in this place, but I never experienced that. also in no other place only dei normal card .no tageskarte because everything is not available and that around 18.30 clock in the pre-Christmas time! the same we have also experienced a week before about 20.00 a.m. Thursdays! instead of an apology, before our eyes, three on the theke made fun. the offer of a free drink was answered with the note because you could not order something immediately after the first demand, shortly after the meal. all in an unprofessional art! if this is booked to me many Christmas celebrations and you only have a roulade from the season card. three ladies on an 8 table. Despite demand and clear criticism, no longer come....almost weekly."

"Housed in a century building, the interior of Die Kartoffel is lovingly filled with all sorts of antiques and bricabrac. In summer, guests can enjoy their meal al fresco under a century “Gewölbe” arch or in their Biergarten. The quirky atmosphere is not...the only attraction though. Die Kartoffel is wellknown in the region as a place where you can enjoy a piece of meat like you would during the Stone Ages... well, almost! The house specialty is an Argentinian Black Angus steak served on a sizzling slab of lava stone heated to ! degrees Celsius. You get to grill your steak at your table, exactly how you like it. The steak meal comes with different sauces, along with a baked potato smothered with homemade sour cream and a side salad. Other meats, prawns and even vegan and vegetarian options are available. Overall an enjoyable dinner with delicious food, good local wines and great service. Note: There is a ventilation system in the dining area, but it doesn't entirely remove the grill smoke from the tables, so be prepared to smell like a piece of grilled meat at the end of your meal"

"Einmaliger Ausrutscher? Ich hoffe…. ! Wir waren jetzt schon oft hier und von daher bekannt. Gestern erneut und es kann auch mal was schief laufen. Ohne frage. Jedoch nicht in dem Maße wie an besagtem Abend. Das Fleisch sollte so serviert werden wie der rosa Fensterrahmen, gab man der Bedienung als Aufgabe. Das andere Medium Rare, das 3. Rumsteak medium. Keines der Rumpsteaks hatte den bestellten und gewünschten Gargrad sondern waren durch gebraten. Die Bedienung konsternierte, man hätte „falsch“ bestellt. Zwei der Rumpsteaks wurden gegessen, dass dritte wurde zurück in die Küche geschickt. Der Austausch war dann leider sehnig und zäh, sodass es nur zur Hälfte gegessen wurde. Man war bedient. Kein Nachfragen kein sorry. Jetzt wird es dauern bis zum nächsten Besuch."
