"We tried to go for lunch at the restaurant. The website says the kitchen closes at 2pm, we arrived at 1:30. Of course, we were not able to eat despite being 30 minutes before the closing time. So we went to the tapas bar adjoining. Listed in the menu as Grand Faims (big hunger) we ordered a Croc Nirvana. This turned out to be a 9.50Chf couple of slices of toast with some slice of ham inside. We also ordered Poulet Brasilienne, which was a 22chf plate of tiny chicken wings. It was tasty, but for the money, even by Swiss standards......hardly seemed worth it."

original kitchen, mixed, fine. Warm service and beautiful setting: between the bar of nirvana and the resta, we want to hang out. It's cozy, resurgent.

We stopped by chance in this yurt that serves as a coffee. This is the first time I was going back to such a place and am surprised in good condition. a little too modern on ipad, a much too high heat. I took a marrakech tea house excellent. a beautiful outdoor garden to visit. Visualizza piatti

very nice environment under a Mongolian tent. the well-kept and well-presented food. anentrée constituted by an excellent tuna tartare. chicken tandori, pork ribs with sweet potatoes to lick the mustache served with a sweet-sweet sauce, fish with rice and crispy vegetables. the price in the Swiss standard.

We made our wedding aperitif to the yurts. the staff showed great professionalism and the food was exceptional in this magnificent and atypical place. We are accustomed to the place, because meals are an excellent and a real explosion of flavors in the mouth. the presentation is refined and the perfect service. not to mention the beautiful cocktails with home creations that really worth the detour! This place is really to advise! Visualizza piatti

Only in the restaurant this noon...the atmosphere is exotic, as well as the fusion cuisine. On the other hand, even if the quantities are generous, I did not find a passion in this finally bâtarde kitchen: a little Indian (pakoras and tandoorii), a little Asian (the pork through honey) a little European (the cream burned with orange). The presentation of the dishes is very simple and deserves a little more care, just like the decoration of the yurt. In short, no big reproach but no heart attack.

We spotted this restaurant while travelling in the area. The yurts were the main attraction at first. We have decided to give it a try and booked a family dinner for five for my birthday! I have three picky eaters but the stuff served them so well so the kids ate it all! The fine freshly made food made from produce of their own garden! They even let the kids to pick some fruit from the garden, while we were finishing the dinner! And as a total surprise the restaurant offered a nice present at the end! One of the best birthdays!

"we ate at the communal pint thanks to a good purchase on the qooking site. and it was a very nice discovery, the restaurant being totally unknown to me before. A modern, cozy decor, two separate parts, one brewery the other more gastronomic, one terrace. a very friendly welcome. We tasted the menu 8 dishes in agreement with 3 wines. The dishes are superb, whether for the eyes with a remarkable presentation and an original dishes but also for the nose with subtle fragrances and for the palate with tastes sought but harmonious. A mention for the sorbets, great chef's specialty, regularly added to the dishes and cleverly married. the tip of freshness was a plus, while it was about 34° outside. meat and fish cooking is controlled. We especially enjoyed the foie gras, its red and orange beet sorbet and the rhubarbe chutney - the low-temperature cooked poultry poultry with its high-pitched reduction - the summum was the apple poached with spices and its Breton biscuit, we add a little raw pistachio and a salty caramel butter and get a dream meal end. And I'm not a dessert lover. A single small flat for the carrot velvet and its fruit sorbet of passion, the velvety lacked peps. But it's just a personal opinion. A lovely service, with regular pace, the choice of wines was good with a beautiful Valais discovery (fin bec.) a very good price for the quality of the kitchen. We exchanged a few words with the chef, who does not hesitate to share his passion, without giving his secrets of course.A great gastronomic moment and a beautiful discovery in Aigle.Bravo and thank you."
