Lamb Inn - Menu

Lovely old fashioned pub but with lovely modern facilities. My husband and I ordered 2 way lamb with sauté vegetables and potatoes , best lamb we have ever tasted. Will definitely be returning for another lovely meal. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, Amazing staff, Amazing food. everyone from waitresses to owner went out of there way to ensure everything was perfect. We chose the lamb in due to the reviews, and our stay exceeded our expectations. 2 night just wasn't enough.

We spent 2 nights at The Lamb and had the best time. The rooms were great, the food was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks in the surrounding area and the views are beautiful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Just go!

great food and very friendly service. very cozy sitting area in the open, which is very relaxing even the pub was packed and understated, we were served quickly and with a warm smile. every single record that got our party of 6 was fast and got rave reviews on the table.

what an amazing pub. we drove around hayfield and we tried to get to this place a few times, but they were full. I can see why now. eating was amazing and the beer was also good. definitiw a great place when they are near heufeld. I'll be back soon, many thanks for a great Christmas meal.

Food was very good, although service was quite slow (it was a Friday just before Christmas, so maybe that was the reason) maybe intermittent would describe it better. Menu choice was good, the guinea fowl was lovely, but no fish and chips! Portion sizes are generous. The alcove for a small family gathering was inspirational!

so a great stay in this beautiful pub are the staff so friendly and helpful, the rooms were amazing (almost like private huts, and eating both dinner and breakfast was amazing. my man is French and he said that eating is better than most good restaurants in paris (and very good value for the quality! the location is good to only 15 minutes from the famous snake pass. beautiful memories of a fun family trip.

First time here ,on a few days away . everything from entering the inn ,staff , service , food , atmosphere , menu is small and varied I had the tagine excellent my wife had steak kidney pie also excellent .hot plates HOT food somewhat refreshing these days as most restaurants seem afraid of serving hot food , Incase of liable . My advice is if it should be hot and it's not send it back ...pronto. Service: 5

had loved a long weekend. so much so that I go back in august with different people to show them. the rooms are beautiful. clean bed linen, beautiful soft fresh towels. toilet articles, hairdryer, rich machines. fiona and david thought of everything. hospitality is very good. not too much annoying. eating in the pub is nicely cooked by elvis. charlotte is very tender. the only difference was that there was no coffee machine in the room as described in the description of what was in the room. but there were no coffee cafeesachets, teessacks and beautiful cookies. what can I say, but thank you for a beautiful weekend. to the next
