The same thing happened with the escalibada, which came with black areas where it had been burned, and the burnt flavor took over the entire flavor of the vegetables. The tenderloin arrived at the table cold, although I must say that the meat was of good quality. The SPECTACULAR jerky! Although when paying, a different price than the one on the menu appeared.
