"We went on a tour with the guide of the ridge in hand, and we elected the aria nova because it looked pretty bad. Well, it's a nice surprise! well above the comments of the ridge. a precise description of the dishes helps the choice (or not: you want to taste everything ...) and that is what you try to do by taking dishes land and sea: the carpaccios in the entrance announce the flavor, excellent, the flavors of crazy and it continues with the dishes, ravioli of langoustines and square of calf that you enjoy while taking care to enjoy everything you taste. and we taste unique flavors found (ah good! "Il y a deux ans, j'avais mangé des moules / frites dans ce restaurant, Vraiment excellent , de la part d'un breton habitant dans la région ou on élève des moules. Donc de retour à Bonifacio, je rêvais de les déguster à nouveau Horrible, un minable bout de mollusque au fond d'une grande moule, celle-ci nageant dans un jus sans aucun gout et dans surnageait trois lambeaux de tomate !! Ne parlons pas des frites qui ont dû recuire plusieurs fois, immangeable !! De plus 16,00 euros par personne, de l'escroquerie. Que le cuisinier change de métier. Quelle mauvaise image donnée à la Corse. Pierre"

"On apprécie l'ambiance de ce restaurant où les clients sont mieux habillés que certains membres du personnel (jeans et polo) mais toujours très accueillants et doté d'humour. Les plats sont delicieux et à base de pâtes et fruit de mer sans oublier les aubergines à la bonifacienne. Toutefois nous avons été déçus par les linguini aux fruits de mer qui n'offraient qu'une petite langoustine , une crevette (et non un gambas) et quelques moules et coques le tout pour 29€. Il est vrai que c'est la haute saison et que les clients sont certainement fortunes si on se réfère aux beaux bateaux du port, mais c'est vraiment se fiche du client. Mieux vaut rajouter quelques langoustines et gambas et payer plus cher. Les entrées et desserts sont bien (notamment le Tropical au rhum) mais aucune entrée à moins de 30€. Le service est à la volée , le vin est servi sans classe comme si c'était de l'eau. Pour un repas à 100€ cela mériterait juste un peu plus de professionnalisme et des assiettes un peu plus garnies. Le petit plus, le digestif (myrte excellente par ailleurs) est offert. A noter que certains parmi nous ont eu des désordres intestinaux à la suite du dîner."
