"Every now and then as you search between the Michelin started restaurants of Paris you find a little gem and this is one of them. If you are looking for an authentic bistro experience with the look and feel of yesteryear with the quality and precision expected in a top notch restaurant then you've come to the right place.Walk through the doors and you head into a bustling establishment overflowing with patrons eager to dine on what this bistro has to offer. Be prepared though to hear people turned away left and right so make reservations as space is limited and you don't want to be left on the street. No French attitude, complete willingness to explain everything to you in English, and sheer joy and appreciation for choosing to come to their establishment. Once you sit down, hopefully you will be fortunate enough to be catered to by the owner, Benoit, a man so passionate about his craft that he searches high and low to find the highest quality products to serve to his guests. The care of Benoit and his staff is such that you can feel their passion when describing a wine so different than anything you are accustomed to. For us it was a white wine grown in red wine soil that retained many red wine characteristics. A complete delight.Then we move onto the food. A tray of three mouth watering meats was followed by three additional unique appetizers. Then the real star of the night: a dish of filet mignon so tender and without fat it was unlike anything we have ever eaten and a tray of sirloin equally as succulent. All coming from a special farm in France that deals with only one other restaurant in Paris while turning all others away. It was truly sensational and not to be missed.Finally we had dessert along with very unique dessert wine that we had never tried anywhere else. Benoit was doing everything possible to give to us a most interesting Parisian bistro experience of the highest quality. All I can say, is if you are looking for a great meal in Paris, and are tired of going to the overhyped and machinelike major Michelin rated restaurants that many are living off of old reviews and just going through the motions, take off your fancy clothes, dress casually, ask for Benoit and allow him to deliver to you a most magical and unforgettable evening. In all good meals, the menu changes regularly and stops appreciable, however difficult to find the menu in advance to my knowledge. The foie gras was one of the best I ate.

Cozy resto with nice and friendly staff, ready to help with dietary requirements. I had a steak (delicious) and my wife had fish (very good). Not supercheap, which explains why the four stars instead of five. Highly recommended!

A week in Paris, a week in restaurants. Even a starred, expensive and pretentious restaurant. The best evening, the best food and the best service, it's in Bon Georges that we got them. Congratulations to the whole team...and our server's suggestion about the Domaine des Closiers was the icing on the cake. Thank you!

All perfect, an excellent restaurant for wine lovers and gourmets. Parisian atmosphere assured, very friendly landscape of France. The music is adapted and adapted to the right level. The ideal address for a memorable meal. The service is both friendly and super professional (general communication between the servers), the menu is seasonal and will satisfy all tastes, the products are of excellent quality there are no doubts, it is very well cooked (maybe a little seasoning on some dishes), the wine that we were advised was original and very interesting, all in a more than pleasant atmosphere.
