"I recently visited this brewery in Paris and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was amazing, especially the Carlos server, which was not only super funny, but also competent in five different languages. It was really impressive to see him move from one language to another with ease to make sure that all customers felt welcome. The waitress Margaux was also of great kindness and dazzling beauty. She welcomed each client with a warm smile and made sure that everything goes well throughout our meal. Its welcoming attitude has really helped create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The most important thing in this brewery is the ability of staff to adapt to the needs and preferences of customers. They were attentive to special requests and provided a personalized service that made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this brewery to all those looking for a warm atmosphere, exceptional service and delicious cuisine.
