"When I went to Valenciennes, I was looking for a gourmet table because the day we arrived coincided with my wife’s birthday. Not disappointed. Everything was good. In a point of improvement concerning the dishes that we have tested according to my tastes, I would say a little more freshness on the entrance on the foot of pig and an extra acidity hair for the Saint James. We wanted to take an entrance, a dish and a dessert each. In the end, we were already well filled at the end of the main dish. The person who served us well noted my request made during the reservation (a candle on my wife's dessert), we ordered 2 desserts for 3 to keep the "little" surprise. Very good service overall. As for the atmosphere, I only put three stars because I would have preferred a light a little more tamized."
