"Testant les différents restaurants se trouvant a grasse, j'ai ete amené a aller au Paddock. Le cadre, extérieur, est tres sympas car il sagit d'un centre équestre. Le cadre intérieur lui est moins sympathique mais correspond bien a la cuisine servi. En effet cela se rapproche plus d'un routier snack que d'un restaurant 3 étoiles. Donc vous y trouvez du snack frais et maison ce qui n'est pas négligeable.Le service est correct et sans attente. Donc en résumé un bon petit snack.A voir en été avec l'ouverture de la terrasse vers les chevaux."

very friendly setting, easy to park. I've been there several times, all I've tasted was excellent and hearty. I'm not a big meat consumator, but when I want to, I know I'd find the quality I'm looking for. I recommend without hesitation. Visualizza piatti

Excellent rapports qualité/prix ! Un accueil des plus décontracté, un choix de table devant un paysage équestre très agréable et calme. Quand à la carte et les plats du jour, juste l'essentiel des gourmands et gourmets, des assiettes généreuses à s'en lecher les doigts pour une addition très légère... je recommande fortement ! A chaque fois ravie !

a nice lunch on the terrace with the angus burger classic and the chicken kewer. excellent eating in a beautiful atmosphere. large value at less than 50 eur including glass wein, large bottle champagne and two coffees. parking lot in front of the town was full, but many free parking spaces on the alsoon super market on the road. very recommended for lunch.

restaurant chooses on a head shot, but not regretted because it will go back for on in our top 3! As my boyfriend said so well, “the best meat I’ve ever eaten”: the expression “It melts in the mouth” takes all its meaning! a cheese plate and charcuterie at 16€ more than a copy (the size of the table)! the servers are all super nice we have had a great time; We recommend! Accueil toujours sympathique, services rapide non négligeable lorsqu'on y mange à la pause déjeuner. Prix attractif jamais déçu. Nous y somme récemment aller pour le repas de Noël proposé chaque année et cela a été un vrai délice. ENTRÉE : brochettes de St Jacques sur fondu de poireau PLAT : filet de bœuf sauce foie gras et risottos au champignons DESSERT : bûche maison accompagné d'un verre de sauterne. Le tout pour 16€ IMBATTABLE !!!

Accueil sur une terrasse couverte, simple et fermée par des bâches.On s'est vire réchauffé avec l'apéro et l'ambiance chaleureuse. On a vue sur les chevaux puisque nous sommes dans un club hippique. Une salade de chèvre chaud copieuse et fraîche, une daube goûteuse accompagnée d'une purée maison et une tarte aux pommes avec sa boule de glace vanille nous ont régalés. Le vin au pichet, rouge ou rosé est bon.D'autres groupes étaient là aussi mais cela n'a pas empêché le service d'être efficace et attentif.

"My wife and I ate at this 1* Michelin restaurant on the edge of Grasse in Maganos last night, and it is by far the best new discovery in the Côte d’Azur we have come across this summer. The restaurant is family owned and operated, featuring Sébastien Giraud as the head chef and his wife Madame Giraud as the maître d’. The location offers a beautiful view down through the valley of Grasse, and it is relatively quiet even though it is on a main artery into Grasse from the east. There are only 15 or so covers, and this – in my opinion – is a benefit to patrons both in terms of quality of food and service. The food was absolutely excellent. It is not fussy per se, but features local seasonal ingredients, which is obvious from the first dish. It is creative as well, but not in a way that gets in the way of the taste of the food. On offer is either a 3- or 4-course dinner, at prices of €39 and €55. For quality of the experience, this is outstanding value. Wines are readily available by the bottle or glass, with the latter offerings well-matched with the food and not “over-the-top” expensive. I had fresh tomato and crabmeat starter, followed by the turbot, then a smoked chicken in a lovely broth, and a marvellous finisher, opting for cheese rather than desert. The cheese was special, in that it was a creamy and rather light cheese mousse with summer truffles. All dishes are modest in size and prepared with seasonal (and locally-sourced) ingredients, garnished in a way that makes the flavours come to life. Nothing about the food was disappointing! The service was also excellent, with Mdm Giraud assisted by her very capable son in serving diners. Both French and English are spoken. There is no air at all about this place, which is casual and inviting. With outstanding food, excellent service, a pleasant ambience, and good value, Au Fil du Temp is one of the best finds in this region I have come across in some time, and I highly recommend it."
