"It all started with an appointment made by my dad who wanted to offer me an unforgettable day on the occasion of my 50th birthday in mid-April and we both went there about a month before to choose a menu. As agreed, we arrived on a Saturday in March 2023 at 2 p.m., to a deplorable welcome from the boss herself (apparently stressed and stressful, bordering on inappropriate, even though we came by appointment . My father had already given her the basis over the phone and she kept criticizing my final choices, criticizing that now she had to recalculate everything, uh, I didn 't understand??? In addition, she had the audacity to tell us that the filet mignons were in action in March at her supplier and that she had to know immediately the number of people (so we learned in passing that we were going to eat frozen... . If it had been up to me, I wouldn 't have followed through and would have left straight away!! But for my dad, I didn 't want to make hay . Then, I phoned him the following Tuesday to modify a flavor for the frozen Vacherin because a guest did not like vanilla, I asked him politely if it was not too late (a month before I called him back to change the vanilla with stracciatella, she tells me that it 's okay. In the meantime, I pass on the price she charged to my father for having asked for a small mixed salad instead of the green saladine and adding a small portion of fries with a sauce for the perch fillets provided as a starter while we removed the gratin dauphinois from the main dish for noodles that require no prior preparation or additional ingredients. In my personal opinion, my old father made the perfect pigeon!! In short, the big day arrives... I had warned my guests of this precedent by telling them to stay calm, you never know. Welcome from the owner with a tight/forced smile, luckily she assigned us a charming, polite and pleasant waiter, the only positive point. The meal went more or less well, food and correct portions, good but nothing more (my father who chose this place and the meal for me… was disappointed with the filet mignons which he found too thick and dry, ditto the general opinion at the table and we would have appreciated a little cream in the morel sauce . Here we are at dessert, a superb Vacherin decorated with candles is presented to me and I am amazed when I slice it…it is not the vanilla that was replaced by the stracciatella as requested but the raspberry that had disappeared!!!! !!!!! I discreetly share it, I emphasize it, with the boss who immediately insults me in front of the customers as if I were a liar and disappears into the kitchen. We didn 't see her again and that 's ultimately a good thing. From this memory, I only keep one word in mind, AWFUL (not to mention shameful and I cannot recommend this restaurant. Conclusion, unforgettable yes but not in a good way!!"

they must book at least for lunch, as fully booked, by locals who know this place. unbeatable menu 3 courses for 20f50- in ch that is amazing. locally produced products, beautifully presented, nice staff and the boss/owner is about and chatting with his...guests afterwards. the road is worth as the forest is perfect for a wonderful hike in front.

was taken here for lunch by some colleagues while we visited eclepens for the day, we had not long lunch, so we let the waitress know and she offered us the top of the day (an option of huh or black.) that was tasty, was served with pasta, green beans and a delicious gravy with something brot for the table. service was excellent and the food was delicious.
