"La Charrue has been recently completely renovated, a bit smaller than before. This a real local restaurant that generations of Ubrbigenes have been going to. The food is excellent, the menu is chalked on the wall, highly recommended are the Pizzas and the Hamburgers.... Make...sure you have an appetite.... Good selection of local and Italian wines. They serve quite late and you can get the pizzas to take away. Parking not nearby but little walk there is a few parking areas nearby. Always a sure place to go, maybe best to reserve in the evenings at the end of week."

"For many years, the LE Normand have been on the move and have lived the good and bad times since the original owners had the restaurant. The new owners are young and dynamic, have the restaurant a make-over in the café area and the terrace... which is excellent, they are looking to rebrand the name as LNA gives a young modern touch to the place. The most important thing is the food, the choice of wine and the service. There is a nice selection of sea fish, and meat, the first time that I had lunch for a business this week, Fillet de Perch, which served with and excellent salad in front of the hand, the meal it itself was nicely served with vegetables and French fries on the side. Later in the week went back in the week in the evening and had Steak Tartar, hand cut! Once again served beautifully, a piece from the bottom had to ask 3 times for the accompanying toast...this should not come 10min later with the meal. Service is overall very good and friendly, Saturday evening they were pretty busy on the terrace and inside as well as I think they were a little overwhelmed. The wine list is very good, mostly local wine I find is very good to promote the excellent wines of the region. The price is very reasonable, we will often go back because they deserve the support."

"Great food at a reasonable price. L Ecusson Vaudois not only makes surprising dishes with very tasteful combinations, but presents them an artistic way. Friendly service is a beautiful village, 5 minutes from the small town of Romainmotiers chosen as 1 of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland and 15 minutes from the excellent B"

"Excellente cuisine mais malheureusement les commentaires déplacés et trop familiers de la patronne gâchent tout. Celle ci se permet toutes sortes de petites remarques et commentaires et s’adresse aux clients comme s’ils étaient des copains de régiment! Elle pousse aussi à la consommation et nous a servi son vin le plus cher alors que nous souhaitions un vin du pays sans devoir mettre presque 60. pour une bouteille à midi. D’autre part l’attente est longue puisqu’aux dires de la patronne, les patrons n’ont pas les moyens d’engager une serveuse... En conclusion malgré la bonne cuisine du patron nous n’y retournerons plus jamais!!"

"Un très grand moment de convivialité et de qualité gustative, je recommande fortement ce restaurant. Une carte des vins très bien concoctée et aussi, rareté dans la région : une carte des bières ! Beaucoup de soin apporté aux détails, un professionnalisme impeccable, chaque produit proposé est sélectionné avec soin par la tenancière et préparé avec brio et passion par le chef en cuisine.
