"I went there with my family during the holidays. The waiter was smoking at the restaurant entrance and was on the phone for 5 minutes while we were trying to get his attention to sit! He worked alone trying to serve 15 people sitting outside the restaurant. Obviously, I didn't have the chance to take care of customers and many people had to wait very long to be served.
