It became clear that he understands flavors and is great at his profession. We fully trusted his recommendations. We ended up having the frogs, snails and confit lamb.The frogs were served in an exceptionally rich garlic and parsley oil and was bursting with flavour. We enjoyed heaping leftover sauce onto the slices of bread we had been served at the beginning of the meal. The confit lamb was exceptionally tender and sat on a bed of couscous. The service from the team was exceptional and we were well looked after. We would love to visit again! Writing this review as I just finished desert. Amazing! Wanted to have an authentic french meal and was not dissapointed. The very friendly chef himself welcomed me in on this monday night . I’m a sucker for fois gras so that chiice was easy. The chef recommended me his frog legs for main. Never had those before so let’s go. Holy moly. The terinne of fois gras was already perfect, very nice consistency, perfectly toasted rustic bread and plum compote served with it. Must melted on every bite. And then the frogs legs. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and sauteed in oil and garlic. So tender and a flavor explosion. And the portion was huge. Topped it all off with a creme brulee and again...

Great place for a lovely dinner. The asparagus were perfectly cooked and the homemade mayonnaise with herbs made them just perfect. What to say about the frog legs... Not your typical ones.
