"This restaurant is part of the hotel Palacio del Obispo, which we spotted whilst exploring the centre of Graus. It’s very well located, in a quiet street just a stroll from the Plaza Mayor, and it stood out for its understated elegance and attractive 3 course set menu. We went for dinner when there was a choice of 5 or 6 dishes for each course for €24.99 including water and bread. The service was excellent, there was only one waiter who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. For example, we sat outside, in the pretty walled terrace/ garden and he offered to move us inside if it got too cold. Also, he told us how long we’d wait for our steaks to ensure they were cooked to our liking, offered more sauce if we wanted more, alternative drinks when they didn’t have the one I asked for. He was eager to ensure we enjoyed our meal, nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of the food was excellent and the portions very generous. I had the “quiche boletus” which was delicious and bursting with flavour and my husband the smoked salmon and langoustine salad with tuna sauce which was very nice. The entrecôte was tender and cooked to perfection, it’s a pity we could not finish it, it was so big! I would very much recommend a visit to El Criticón and we’ll certainly be back!"

"Hotel encantador, super acogedor, muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y que cuida a sus clientes como si fueran de la familia pero dejándote tu privacidad. He pasado un finde con mi marido perfecto, no se puede pedir más. Habitacion limpísima, amplia, cama con dosel precioso, colchones comodísimos y muy grande, insonorización total solo se oye el silencio y los pájaros por la mañana, nuestro descanso ha sido total, el baño espacioso y con todo tipo de detalles para aseo y baño que no sueles tener en todos los sitios, detalles que marcan la diferencia. Mucha limpieza por todo el hotel. De la cena no sé ni por dónde empezar, estaba todo riquísimo, dejamos los platos limpios. Productos de mucha calidad y con mucha elaboración da como resultado la cocina de Ángel, mucho cariño y mucha dedicación sin escatimar en gastos para elaborar los productos de cercanía y como digo de mucha calidad. El desayuno ha sido el más bueno y sano que he comido en ningún hotel, todo natural, de elaboración propia, la misma línea que la cena. Todo esto unido a la profesionalidad y el saber estar de Reiner y Ángel hace que la estancia sea inmejorable. Volveré seguro, con eso lo digo todo. Tenéis un hotel que se hace inolvidable. Un abrazo muy fuerte a los dos."

"Comimos allí, era festivo y estaba lleno dentro, por lo que nos quedamos en la terraza, afortunadamente cubierta, a pesar de todo el servicio fue atento y rápido, la comida muy buena, bien elaborada y con productos de calidad, no tienen menú, pero si platos combinados o platos principales sueltos las cantidades son generosas, por lo que no te quedas con hambre. Y no dejes de tomar los postres también muy ricos.. Repetiré si estoy por la zona"

"Stopive is a restaurant in graus that is inspired by mountain sports and adventure that offers us huesca and so districts. is a totally new concept and it is a need to stop in graus. our theme is not only decorative, but we want to be the portal to the Pyrenees and meeting point of the adventurers and mountaineers who love nature and good food, like us. our kitchen is inspired by our own orchards products and there is no shortage of the typical graus longaniza that we have adapted it in many of our dishes, such as empnalonga, pizza graus longaniza, longaniza with potatoes ... with a good price-product ratio. our menu is very diverse and we have from the daily menu (l-V) to snacks, tapas and typical meats of the region. We have a room ready to host large groups, up to 48 diners, events, meals, dinners and vermouths. and a large terrace to take advantage of it both summer and winter. We're open 7 days a week. "Mi pareja y yo viendo la oferta de la zona decidimos cambiar al pescado y probar y en este restaurante tienen un menú a 13€ con 5 primeros y 5 segundos a elegir. De cantidad correcta y buena presencia (como en casa). Sabiendo que en la zona predomina la carne, se agradece un restaurante enfocado al pescado por cambiar . El servicio muy muy bueno, gente muy cordial y atenta (lo cierto es que se agradece). Si volvemos por la zona no descartamos repetir aquí. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!"
