"this restaurant is well placed on the seafront, ideally located for a breathtaking view of the gironde. There were many staff available, all polite and professional. the restaurant was very common and it is probably advisable to book a table during the holidays. the menu was excellent and the food was cooked to perfection! our only little critic was that we had to wait 20 minutes between the end of our first course and the reception of our second course, and 25 additional minutes after finishing the main dish so that our plates can be rid of and that we are offered dessert and coffee. However, in summary, we highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent cuisine, its polished staff and its location."

"Service professionnel et souriant. Une carte entre plats créoles et plats locaux : que du bonheur ! Tout est copieux, beau et bon. Il y a un menu enfant avec du poisson. Le restaurant est propre, bien décoré et la salle n est pas trop bruyante. Petit plus : des toilettes propres et agréables (c est important !). Nous y avons très bien mangé et je recommande cet endroit."

"Sadly I did not look at Trip Advisor before we went here and now having eaten there I can understand why it is rated as 22nd out of 24 restaurants in Fouras. The position is lovely overlooking the beach and bay but other restaurants offer the same with much better food. My starter of three types of salmon was OK but by no means special as I had one slice of smoked salmon, 2 small slices of gravadlax and a small quenelle of salmon pate. Dull but OK. I ordered the lamb - one of the two meat dishes on the set menu - but at one o clock it was off. I changed reluctantly to the pork which was nothing short of dreadful. Cold, fatty, tasteless and I left most of it. My wife fared a little better with a foie gras starter and an entrecôte but again not great merely OK. We didn't bother with deserts or coffee. By the way for this the set menu price is an eye watering 28 Euros for two courses which in my experience is a lot more than other restaurants in the town and area. The maitre D was quite understanding when we commented on how disappointed we were and said she had told the owner but he made no effort to come over and talk to us. So after a very poor two courses each, two aperitifs, a 50 centilitre carafe of rose and a bill for 72 Euros, we left and will not return. Fortunately there are 21 other places in Fouras rated better than this restaurant."

"Le patron n 'est pas à sa place de commerçant, malpoli, agressif dès qu 'on lui demande quelque chose qui ne lui convient pas. Séjournant dans le quartier on a préféré faire 500 m de plus pour trouver un autre accueil. Pour avoir écouté les réflexions désobligeantes que vous faites à vos clients il est vraiment urgent d 'avoir une autre attitude. Le citron je le paie, si vous mettez des remarques ne faites pas de fautes d 'orthographe etc... On espère une amélioration, on verra.."

Our table was too close to those of our table neighbors who had to be deaf because we couldn't agree to speak You must absolutely test this delicious restaurant with really empathic people"
