"Alter Gastraum neu interpretiert. Top saubere Ausstattung, stimmig, neu renoviert. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, schon die Begrüßung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kleine Karte, die Frische in der Zubereitung zeigt. Gute und aktuelle Homepage, die die Speisekarte schon im Voraus lesen lässt. Der Vorspeisenmix mit einem sensationellen Zwiebelrostbrätle, Rauchfleisch mit Rucola, Riesengarnele mit heller Oliventapenade, Ziegenkäse mit Feigensenf, war sehr nett und hätte mir auch gereicht. Das georderte Schnitzel vom schwäbisch hällischen Schwein, die leckeren Pommes in der Papiertüte dazu und der sehr frisch und leicht angemachte Salat waren klasse. Für mich zuviel, ,aber ich habe mich redlich bemüht Den selbst gemachten Ketchup hab ich leider nicht mögen. Die Rindsleber mit Soße (die muss nicht zwingend dabei sein) und Kartoffelbrei sowie Äpfelspalten war viel und gut. Die Apfel Sorte hat geschmacklich nicht gepasst und Ringe hätte ich eher erwartet. Aber alles gut. Fazit: sehr nett und sympathisch, handwerklich gute Arbeit, das kommen wir bald wieder."

"Wir haben die Pause unserer Tochter im Cavallino gefeiert. Es war alles ganz hervorragend. Von der Besprechung, Service bis zum Essen. Alles ganz wunderbar und sehr lecker. Unsere Gäste waren auch sehr begeistert. Holen auch immer gerne Essen ab. Auch da immer eine super Leistung. Vielen Dank Familie Lena für den schönen Mittag bei euch."

"Great German restaurant for every occasion with very good value for money and truly remarkable service that you do not get in the region, in my opinion. In addition, the card changes regularly after season, so there are always new creations. It also includes vegetarian and vegan dishes that can be seen and do not drive the standard program. If you like it more classic, you can also find simple dishes on the Vesper card. We celebrated our wedding there in April and are super satisfied with this choice: even for over 60 guests, service and kitchen work perfectly in the Schäferhof. The quality of the menu has inspired everyone and the service has fulfilled every wish until the end."

"The location of the hotel is great, the staff friendly. However, the beds are extremely unfavorable and unstable, they are constantly slipping apart so as to have as a few actually only the option to sleep on one half. The wellness area is okay, the water only to plan but too cold, at least in winter. After a long day of hiking in the region in summer, this could look quite different. The “restaurant” is a buffet in the breakfast room. However, there are no indications of this. We came to dinner in the expectation of a normal restaurant and were then somewhat disappointed, especially if the price of 27€ p.P. The selection was thirsty, not even bread was served to the salads. The cakes for dessert were delicious. All in all, the hotel is okay for a business stay or for solo travelers when planning external food"

"We were an event at Badhotel Stauferland. On arrival the parking lots were well signposted and also sufficient. There was another couple waiting at the reception. A waiter came over again and again, but didn't care about us. Only after repeated reading came two employees and took us up.Treppenhaus and corridors need some appeal, the room was ok and clean and the bathroom was quite new and really good. There was a seating order, but no one came to show us our table we had to go to the building and find someone. Since the services also had to take care of the restaurant business, the supply was at times quite poor. The fact that one of the waiters wanted to be funny and balanced the tray on the head ... Excellent was the view of the damland and the sunset was phenomenal.The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious and the breakfast lady was super friendly and attentive."
